CAW Scholarship Applications are now open!

CAW Scholarship Overview
The Concrete Association of Wyoming (CAW) is pleased to offer a scholarship program for students pursuing degrees related to the concrete construction industry. Eligible fields include civil or structural engineering, architecture, construction management, Concrete Industry Management (CIM), or other related technical fields. This program is designed to support future professionals committed to the growth and strength of Wyoming`s concrete industry.
Scholarship Award
Scholarships will be awarded annually to qualified students entering or currently enrolled in approved programs at accredited universities or junior colleges. Award amounts vary based on the number of qualified applicants and available scholarship funds.
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
• Must reside in Wyoming or be a Wyoming high school graduate.
• Must be a full-time student in an approved program at an accredited institution.
• Must demonstrate a career goal involving concrete materials and/or concrete construction.
• Preference given to employees or immediate family members of CAW member companies (child, grandchild, adopted child, stepchild, or spouse), though all qualified students are encouraged to apply.
Evaluation Criteria: The CAW Scholarship Committee will review and rank applications. The committee reserves full authority regarding recipient selection and the number of awards granted.
Applicants will be evaluated on:
• Community and student involvement
• Work or volunteer experience
• Quality and content of the essay
• Most recent academic transcript
• Adherence to scholarship requirements
Submission Process and Timeline
Applications may be downloaded at www.wyomingconcrete.org or requested by email at tmsilva307@gmail.com
Completed applications, including essay and transcript must be emailed or postmarked by June 1, 2026.
Scholarship recipients will be announced at the CAW Annual Golf Tournament
Payments are made directly to the institution and divided between fall and spring semesters.
A first-semester transcript is required for release of the second-semester payment.
